Job summary

The Caleb Group is seeking an energetic maintenance technician to support a housing facility in Antrim, NH. The role is 35 hours per week with on-call duties and requires basic painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. A valid driver’s license is required and safety and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities include cleaning and turning over units, grounds upkeep, and basic repairs. Benefits are included based on experience and eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to perform janitorial, gardening, and other tasks.
• Familiarity with maintenance software; Yardi Mobile is a plus.
• Good safety habits and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean vacant units, interior spaces, and grounds.
• Turn over vacant units promptly.
• Grounds keeping, landscaping, and snow removal.
• Paint interior surfaces and prep work.
• Perform carpentry repairs.
• Repair appliances.
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures.
• Change locks.
• Maintain supplies and records.
• Solicit bids for major repairs or contracts.
