Job summary

Easterseals New Hampshire, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform and coordinate routine maintenance and repair tasks across our properties. You will handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep while supporting on-call duties and emergencies.

The role includes maintaining grounds, assisting with office moves and special events, and delivering courteous, professional service to staff, clients, and visitors. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of general maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be able to work rotational on-call duty per policy.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs to ensure safe, clean, functional properties and equipment.
• Notify supervisor when outside contractor is required.
• Paint interior and exterior of buildings in a professional manner.
• Maintain building grounds and assist with events and moves as needed.
• Assist in keeping staff and clients safe and secure.
