At this level, employees work in and have general knowledge of a variety of trade areas including:

5. Plastering
6. Mechanical repair

These tasks are performed in settings such as facilities and grounds. Employees may oversee a crew engaged in maintenance tasks. This position serves as a career transition point for employees to either continue with this family or transfer to the Specialty Trades and Construction Family.
