Albuquerque Housing Authority seeks Maintenance Tech I & II to perform unskilled and semiskilled craftwork in maintenance and repair of AHA properties, including unit turnover and grounds upkeep. Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventive electrical and plumbing maintenance, and inventory control.

Required are a High School Diploma or GED, a valid NM Driver's license, and 1–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience. Bi-lingual ability (English/Spanish) preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid and active NM driver’s license required.
• 1 year hands-on experience in unskilled installation, maintenance and repair of residential fixtures, plumbing/HVAC.

Responsabilidades

• Perform unskilled and semiskilled craftwork in maintenance and repair of AHA properties.
• Complete work orders for repairs in units and unit turnover for new tenants.
• Maintain outdoor maintenance and grounds around buildings and parking lots.
• Perform routine preventive electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance and repair inventory levels.
