Bell Partners is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for a multi-family community. You will supervise maintenance staff, ensure repairs, safety, and a welcoming environment for residents, while coordinating with vendors and management to maintain grounds and facilities.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 2–5 years of maintenance experience, and certifications (EPA 608 I/II, CPO).

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family housing preferred.
• EPA 608 Type I & II certifications and CPO required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise maintenance staff; conduct performance appraisals.
• Maintain safe, attractive community environment and coordinate grounds services.
• Respond to repair requests and prepare apartments for new residents.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance; attend required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain communityCompliance Manual and coordinate with vendors.
