The LEGO Group in the United States seeks a Global Job Trainer to develop and scale functional training across our organization. You will train new hires and current teammates, ensuring alignment with global standards and delivering a consistent, high-quality learning experience.

Join our team as a Global Job Trainer, where you'll play a crucial role in developing functional expertise within our organization. You'll focus on building a strong and competent training system that supports globalization, scalability, and sustainability for both new and existing employees. As a technical expert, you'll use your knowledge to train new hires and current team members, ensuring alignment with global standards.
