Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery, including lubrication, inspections, adjustments, and replacements, to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and mechanical issues, diagnosing problems and implementing repairs or adjustments as needed to minimize downtime.
• Conduct electrical maintenance tasks, such as troubleshooting electrical circuits, replacing fuses, switches, and motors, and performing basic electrical repairs.
• Repair and maintain hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and other mechanical components, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and conveyors.
• Assist in the installation, setup, and calibration of new equipment and machinery, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in logbooks and computerized systems.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to schedule activities and address urgent needs.
• Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
