Qualifications

• 6 months of work experience in industrial/manufacturing/construction or landscaping environment.
• Forklift drivers license maintained (renewable every two years).

Responsibilities

• Observe machinery in operation and identify causes of trouble.
• Dismantle devices to access defective parts and replace them as needed.
• Inspect parts for wear and dimensional changes.
• Adjust parts and instruments to restore function.
• Lubricate, clean, and test equipment after repairs.
• Set up and operate lathe, drill press, and grinder to manufacture parts.
• Start and test devices to verify performance.
• Initiate purchase orders for parts and machines.
• Repair electrical equipment where required.
