Qualifications

• Experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the community.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and complete work orders accurately.
• Conduct inspections and identify maintenance concerns early.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and renovations.
• Maintain grounds and common areas to high standards.
• Follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support emergency response and on-call maintenance as assigned.
