Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Floating Maintenance Technician to join Morgan Properties. If you take pride in hands-on work and have maintenance experience, we want to hear from you. The role involves maintaining our properties' condition and providing excellent resident service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:

1. Troubleshooting service issues such as HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
2. Ensuring property standards and compliance with laws inside and outside the property.
3. Responding to maintenance tickets.
4. Following up with residents and staff on work status.
5. Participating in an on-call rotation requiring night and weekend availability.

Candidate Expectations:

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Residence within 30 minutes of the properties.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, with one year of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
