Responsibilities

As Floating Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for all daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community. You will perform services needed for HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment, and refurbishment of apartments. A strong candidate is one with a high degree of accountability and ownership, excellent time management skills, and internal and external customer service.
