Job summary

Our Blood Institute is hiring a dependable Maintenance & Fleet Technician to keep Tulsa facilities, grounds, and our fleet vehicles safe and reliable. You will manage work orders and perform preventative maintenance while supporting road-ready operations for mobile blood collection activities.

The role offers hands-on work, opportunities to troubleshoot a variety of facility and vehicle systems, and a path toward CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Basic electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance knowledge.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair fleet vehicles.
Willingness to obtain CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement.

Responsibilities

Keep facilities safe and operational by managing and updating work orders for maintenance requests.
Inspect facilities, grounds, parking areas, and report deficiencies.
Inspect, replace damaged ceiling tiles and repair light fixtures; troubleshoot electrical issues.
Perform basic plumbing repairs including sinks, toilets, and drains; roof inspections as needed.
Maintain and coordinate maintenance for the organization’s fleet; track repairs and record usage.
