United Veterans Beacon House in Bay Shore, NY is seeking a Maintenance Fleet Specialist to perform general maintenance across properties and ensure safe, functional facilities. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and safety of the vehicle fleet.
• Track preventive maintenance, inspections, registrations, repairs and services.
• Perform general repairs including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting and landscaping.
• Identify and report maintenance issues found during inspections.
• Install, repair and maintain appliances and facility equipment.

United Veterans Beacon House (UVBH) is seeking a Maintenance Fleet Specialist team member to perform general maintenance and repairs across properties to ensure safe functional facilities.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of the vehicle fleet.
• Track and coordinate scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, registrations, repairs, and other required vehicle services.
• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, flooring, roofing, and landscaping, to ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and operational.
• Identify, report, and address maintenance issues discovered during inspections.
• Install, repair, and maintain appliances and facility equipment.
