Job summary

Evergreen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Field Technician in Raleigh/Triad, NC to perform post-renovation repairs, smart home troubleshooting, occupied maintenance, eviction checks, and move-in/move-out inspections in the Raleigh market.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in residential maintenance, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills. HVAC certifications are a plus and a self-motivated, adaptable mindset is valued in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of residential maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• HVAC certifications preferred.
• Motivated self-starter.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install marketing yard signs and remove signs at occupancy.
• Complete minor post renovation repairs and smart home troubleshooting.
• Perform pre-move in inspections 72 hours before move-in.
• Conduct HOA violation checks.
• In-person evictions/lockouts.
• Coordinate and perform move-out walks with residents.
• Schedule and complete occupied maintenance work orders.
• Review progress against KPI's weekly with the Head of Construction.
• Communicate with residents regarding outstanding violations.
