Responsibilities

• Assist the Plant Operations Director in maintaining all community areas and equipment.
• Respond to repair and maintenance requests and document progress and completion.
• Ensure safety of employees, guests, and residents and address hazards or emergencies.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, and flooring care as needed.
