Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience with general custodial responsibilities.
• One year of experience in the maintenance or repair of buildings, plumbing, mechanical or fire equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning of buildings, including sinks, toilets, floors and surfaces.
• Keeps entrances and sidewalks clean and safe; conducts basic maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and tools; assists with repairs and minor carpentry.
