Laphcc in Central Falls, Rhode Island, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance / Facilities Technician to keep our industrial facilities running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to repairs, and help upgrade equipment and systems in a warehouse environment.
The role requires at least a high school diploma and 2+ years in maintenance, with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic mechanical systems.
The Maintenance / Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving the functionality, safety, and appearance of assigned facilities and equipment. This role supports daily operations by performing preventive maintenance, responding to repair needs, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, dependable, and experienced in general building maintenance within an industrial or warehouse environment.
$25.00 to $35.00 per hour
