McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Person to keep interior and exterior areas clean and to maintain restaurant equipment at a franchise location in Massachusetts. You’ll follow safety and cleanliness standards, perform tasks like cleaning fryers, grounds, and HVAC components, and support team operations with reliable upkeep.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance tasks in fast-food environments.
• Ability to follow cleaning and safety protocols.
• Flexible hours and reliability to support restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck twice a week
• Take out and empty trash and replace bags
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris
