McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person to keep dining areas and outdoor spaces clean and equipment in good working order at a franchise restaurant in Hyannis, MA. This role supports the maintenance team with daily tasks, safety compliance, and efficient operation so customers enjoy a clean, welcoming environment.

You'll perform routine cleaning, light maintenance, and trash/disposal duties, with benefits including health coverage, paid time off after a year, and opportunities for education

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
