Qualifications

• Ten+ years of maintenance experience in industrial settings.
• Experience in food processing and packaging machinery preferred.
• MA Fireman 2 License and/or Ammonia Operator 1 Certification preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs and ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Strong problem solving, initiative, and leadership abilities.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License; bilingual English-Spanish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize uptime with expert troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Lead diagnosis and repair using manuals, schematics, and tools.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Identify and replace defective components to maintain performance.
• Mentor junior mechanics and apprentices in troubleshooting techniques.
• Support new projects to install or improve equipment safety and performance.
• Operate welding and machine tools as needed; work with CMMS data.
