Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in lean manufacturing environment leading maintenance teams.
• Experience with baghouses, waste treatment and environmental controls.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills; PLCs (Allen-Bradley).
• Knowledge of CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Direct preparation of specifications, layouts, drawings, cost estimates.
• Ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
• Plan/propose capital equipment projects and major maintenance initiatives.
• Plan, organize, and administer departmental systems and budgets; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Build and develop a cohesive maintenance team; provide coaching and feedback.
