Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to support the Engineering Manager and Assistant Manager, guiding the engineering team to operate efficiently while upholding high quality and safety standards.

You will supervise Engineering Technicians, perform safety inspections, ensure OSHA/GHS compliance, read blueprints, and manage vendor relations. This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and a strong customer-service mindset within a hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Certification in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing preferred.
• CPO and CPR certifications or willingness to obtain.
• OSHA Certified; EPA Certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Three years of related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering leadership with management of the engineering department and vendor operations.
• Provide direction and supervision to Engineering Technicians for daily operations.
• Ensure the engineering department meets internal, Quality, and Loss Prevention Audit standards.
• Build relationships with vendors/contractors and support resort management initiatives.
