Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous custodial and facilities work experience.
• Able to lift 30 lbs above head at least 4 times during an 8-hour shift.
• Able to climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clean, sanitary, and healthy environment for the public and employees.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, wash windows, dust furniture, scrub tiles, sanitize restrooms.
• Replenish paper and soap dispensers and maintain facilities.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good working order.
• Safely use custodial supplies, equipment, and machines.
• Transport and store chemicals and waste properly.
• Operate floor scrubber, scraper, pressure washer, and lift truck.
• Other functions as directed by supervisor and/or management.
• Work safely and wear PPE as needed.
