Job summary
IPG is seeking a Maintenance Equipment Technician D to join its Maintenance department in Corona, CA. This non-exempt hourly role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting a broad range of manufacturing equipment, ensuring uptime and safety.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, drive systems, and PLCs (Allen Bradley). You will work in a team, document maintenance activities, and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Industrial maintenance experience required, with a background in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic and drive systems.
- Experience troubleshooting AC/DC drives and PLCs; Allen Bradley preferred.
Responsibilities
- Follow safety rules and participate in safety programs.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and production equipment.
- Inspect and diagnose mechanical problems using testing instruments.
- Repair and fabricate parts using shop tools and equipment.
- Maintain documentation and reports on maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.
