Qualifications

• Extensive experience in industrial maintenance and ability to read and follow detailed production specs.
• Two-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and drive systems required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills within a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, diagnose issues, and repair machinery.
• Ensure safe work practices and report unsafe conditions to supervision.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and enter data into the maintenance system.
• Order parts and manage inventories to minimize downtime.
• Assist with safety audits and IPS program activities.
