Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and develop the maintenance function, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and corporate HFS teams to ensure production equipment is properly maintained for packaging all products.

The role oversees 15–20 technicians, manages the PM program and SAP/EAM systems, and drives safety, GMP awareness, and continuous improvement across the maintenance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/technical-related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of related maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience with GMP and safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance department, supervising 15–20 technicians.
• Create, track and report KPIs and objectives for maintenance.
• Manage PM program, work orders, inventory and spares.
• Develop and improve SOPs for predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with corporate teams and customers on programs and best practices.
