Socket.dev is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Technician for Beaver Creek’s Upper Village to keep homes and properties safe and operating smoothly. You’ll troubleshoot, repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more, ensuring guest satisfaction and reliable property performance.

The role offers year-round, full-time employment with a pay rate of $25–$35 per hour depending on experience, and a Colorado driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a mechanically inclined mindset and strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, painting, drywall, irrigation, and pools/spas.
• A professional, trustworthy, and dependable approach with a strong customer service mindset.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date.
• A valid Colorado driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain homes and association properties throughout Beaver Creek’s Upper Village and respond to guest maintenance requests through ALICE
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, hot tubs, pools, spas, and irrigation systems
• Complete general repairs including basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall
• Perform routine equipment checks, water chemistry maintenance, and preventative maintenance
• Work independently to diagnose problems, make repairs, and keep properties operating at their best

What You’ll Do Includes:
