Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Technician to support the Maintenance Department. On-site work schedule is 5 days a week, with a focus on preventive maintenance, problem solving, and process improvements.

The role requires a two-year technical degree or equivalent, plus experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PM documentation. Knowledge of safety practices such as Lockout-Tagout and machine guarding is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Able to author Technical Instructions from Work Observations.
• Familiar with Mechanical and Electrical systems and principles.
• Understanding of Lockout-Tagout and Electrical Safety.
• Knowledge of Machine Guarding concepts and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Maintenance Department daily operations and participate in problem-solving teams.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance instructions and forms.
• Assist with turning PM findings into action plans and maintain PM records.
