Kerry is seeking a Site Engineering and Maintenance Leader at our Hot Springs, AR facility. This role blends strategic engineering masterplanning with hands-on maintenance leadership, overseeing capital projects and equipment reliability to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma in a relevant area (e.g., mechanical, chemical, electrical) preferred.
• Previous maintenance supervisory experience preferred.
• Project management of greater than $100,000 capital preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Demonstrates communication, organization, and listening skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, neatness, and follow through.
• Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks.
• Has basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Suite)

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering masterplan for the site and execute smaller (<$100,000) capital projects.
• End-to-end responsibility for capital execution (scope, budget, schedule and risk management).
• Regularly communicates to stakeholders within and outside the plant on project status.
• Lead and coach the maintenance department.
• Develop and document maintenance plans for equipment and determine parts and tools.
• Document all work using maintenance tracking system and/or reports.
• Plan schedules in SAP, order parts, and manage work schedules.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and prioritize repairs.
• Troubleshoot machine problems with internal and external support.
• Perform preventative, predictive, and diagnostic maintenance.
• Research and procure new materials, parts and supplies.
• Support plant production and quality as assigned by Plant Leadership.
• Attend safety meetings and follow safety policies.
• Support the SQF 2000 System.
• Be trained in Kerry HACCP program and participate in the food safety team.
