Job summary

North American Distillers, Fort Smith, Arkansas, seeks a Director of Engineering to lead maintenance, capital projects and technology at the Fort Smith site. You will drive equipment reliability, budget performance and strategic planning in line with Pernod Ricard standards.

Requires 8 years in engineering leadership, proven change leadership in a unionized environment, and knowledge of lean manufacturing, OSHA, and modern maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• 8 years of professional experience in an engineering leadership role.
• Experience implementing and maintaining preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Strong project management and Lean manufacturing knowledge.
• OHSA knowledge and computer literacy (MS Project, JD Edwards, Kronos).

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, engineering and capital budgets.
• Set reliability targets and drive root-cause fixes.
• Lead capital projects on-time and on-budget.
• Develop long-term maintenance strategy and continuous improvement.
• Build a high-performing maintenance and engineering team.
