Pernod Ricard USA's North American Distillers (NADL) Fort Smith site is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead all engineering, maintenance, and capital projects in support of our premium whiskey production. You will drive reliability, safety, budgeting, and continuous improvement in a unionized, manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years of professional experience in an engineering leadership role, with a track record in a unionized environment.
• Experience implementing and maintaining a best practice preventative and predictive maintenance program.
• Project management experience delivering transformational change in maintenance techniques and practices.
• Thorough understanding of lean manufacturing techniques.
• Knowledge of OHSA.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, maintenance, and capital projects for the Fort Smith site.
• Manage equipment reliability, budgetary/financial performance, and customer service metrics.
• Develop long-range maintenance strategies and capital plans.
• Oversee supplier/vendor contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Build and coach a high-performing maintenance/engineering team.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across operations.
• Ensure ISO 18001, 9001, 2200, 14001 programs are delivered on time.
• Maintain maintenance KPIs and drive improvements against long-term plans.
