Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department and engineering activities, including cost control, contractor supervision, preventive maintenance, and equipment upgrades.

You will build and train a cohesive team, oversee corrective and preventive maintenance, drive capital projects, apply lean principles, and use data to reduce downtime and improve metrics across our production facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance and engineering teams.
• Ability to manage maintenance costs and contractor work.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a cohesive maintenance/engineering team aligned with safety, quality, service and efficiency objectives.
• Oversee corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for production equipment and facilities.
• Plan, design, and execute capital improvement projects and equipment installations/upgrades.
• Drive lean improvements in maintenance processes to reduce waste and increase throughput.
• Use data to analyze downtime and implement actions to improve metrics.
• Manage spend forecasts and approve monthly maintenance and repair budgets.
• Coordinate capital projects and partner with production and quality teams to optimize processes.
• Maintain facility standards and support operational excellence.
