Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and train a cohesive maintenance/engineering team focused on safety, quality, service and efficiency.
• Oversee corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance for production equipment and facilities.
• Plan and execute capital projects, equipment installs and facility upgrades.
• Apply lean principles to maintenance to minimize waste and boost throughput.
• Gather data on downtime and drive actions to improve metrics.
• Maintain spend forecast and approve monthly maintenance budgets.
• Organize and track capital projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve processes and equipment.
• Maintain facility standards and safety compliance.
