Job summary

East West Hospitality’s Solaris Residences in Vail, CO is seeking a Maintenance Engineer Technician I to keep building systems running flawlessly and guest experiences exceptional.

This on-site role offers a $27/hour wage, a 4-day work week, on-site parking, and a $1,000 hiring bonus paid in two installments. Start date and schedule are provided, with a Thursday–Sunday shift pattern and year-round employment.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or trade school education or equivalent.
• Basic computer and math skills required.
• Experience using hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners, and employees.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and daily facility checks, including boilers, pools, and fire systems.
• Ensure all building systems and common areas are maintained in safe, efficient working order.
• Collaborate with team members and contractors on repairs, improvements and special projects.
• Complete tasks on time while following Brand Standards and maintaining accurate work records.

Key Responsibilities

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $27/hour +, DOE. $1,000 hiring bonus paid half after 30 days and the second half after 90 days of employment.

Schedule: Thursday - Sunday 8:00am - 6:30pm (4 ten hour shifts)

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma, trade school education, or equivalent
• Basic computer and math skills
• Experience using hand tools
