You will perform maintenance duties, drive the shuttle, and support guest satisfaction while upholding safety and standards. The role requires HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry knowledge, with weekend availability and a background check.

Qualifications

• Basic math and written communication are required.
• Strong time management and guest service skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and guest rooms.
• Conducts preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Paints, replaces electrical accessories, maintains HVAC.
• Checks fixtures, lighting and signs and maintains spare parts.
• Responds to maintenance orders promptly.
• Fulfils work orders in a timely manner.
• Completes daily rounds and reports issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Must pass MVR background to drive shuttle and work weekends.
