Hilton Garden Inn Laramie, managed by Schulte Hospitality Group, seeks a hands-on Maintenance Engineer/Shuttle Driver to join our team. You will oversee hotel grounds and rooms, perform preventative maintenance, and drive the shuttle after passing an MVR check. Weekend work is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a hotel maintenance position preferred.
• One year of college or trade school equivalent in mechanical, electrical, and/or technical disciplines.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and hotel guest rooms.
• Conducts preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns in hotel accommodations.
• Paints, replaces electrical accessories, maintains HVAC.
• Check fixtures, lighting, and signs for proper operation; maintain spare parts supply.
• Responds to maintenance orders in a timely manner.
• Fulfills work orders in a timely manner.
• Daily rounds to identify and report problems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must pass MVR background to drive shuttle.
• Must work weekends.
