Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Broad knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and PLC schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and documentation skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and working with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment failures.
• Provide technical support for die-casting machines, trim presses, furnaces, robotics, conveyors.
• Lead or support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Plan and coordinate equipment installations and maintenance projects.
• Develop scopes of work and manage contractor communications.
• Ensure safety compliance and lockout/tagout procedures.
