Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or reliability engineering, OR industrial technology
• Hands-on experience with CMMS and Excel for scheduling, tracking, and data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Exposure to inventory management, invoices, POs or similar documentation
• Proven accuracy and structured process adherence
• Willingness to learn CMMS, PM, and facility systems

Responsibilities

• Support preventative maintenance (PM) strategies to improve equipment reliability and performance
• Use CMMS, PowerBI, and Excel to track, schedule, and optimize activities with high accuracy
• Assist root cause analysis by identifying trends and contributing to corrective actions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage priorities and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Contribute to SQDC initiatives through data tracking and process optimization
• Build foundational knowledge of facility systems to support broader maintenance efforts
