Job summary

Keystone Cement Company is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support the plant's maintenance function. You will plan and execute capital projects, ensuring reliability and efficiency across equipment, and drive process improvements.

You will lead project scopes, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional coordination, while upholding safety, environmental and quality standards at the Lehigh Valley facility. Strong communication, safety focus, and proficiency with SAP and CAD will help you succeed

Qualifications

Requires 4-year engineering degree and ability to interact in a team environment.
Professional communication and organizational skills are essential.
Experience with cement facilities or heavy industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering support to plant maintenance and capital projects.
Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans; coordinate design, procurement, construction, installation.
Monitor project progress and report status to management.
Ensure safety, environmental and quality standards are met; review drawings and docs.
Lead cross-functional project meetings and manage risks and change orders.
Support day-to-day operations studies and vendor communications.
