Keystone Cement Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, schedule, and execute daily maintenance work while supervising hourly union Millwrights to maximize equipment efficiency and minimize downtime of plant operations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in industrial maintenance environment.
• Experience with safety regulations and audits.
• Knowledge of cement facility equipment preferred.
• Strong organizational and delegation abilities.
• Experience working under a bargaining unit contract is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and ensure compliance with regulations and company policy.
• Plan, schedule, and execute daily maintenance work; manage parts flow and costs.
• Provide maintenance and technical support to Millwrights for efficiency.
• Motivate the workforce; conduct performance evaluations and training.
• Perform daily maintenance inspections on critical equipment.
• Assist in planning major outages and budgeting for maintenance.
• Develop monthly equipment status reports and track progress.
• Ensure adherence to the collective bargaining agreement and company rules.
• Take weekend call responsibility as needed.
