Job Summary

Perform a combination of preventative maintenance, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, upholstery, painting and electrical maintenance throughout property.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Knowledge of repair and troubleshooting building management systems, life safety systems and lighting control systems.

Experience in repair of electronics.

Knowledge and experience with low voltage control circuits, video, processor control devices, wireless control circuits, phone systems.

Candidate should have a minimum 5 years’ experience working in High-Rise Hotel Casinos or other commercial properties.

Must have the ability to work alone on any given project without assistance from the senior watch or lead person in that department.

What You Will Need

Experience in repair and troubleshooting commercial kitchen equipment, electrical switch gear, panels, high and low voltage AC circuits.

Knowledge of audio, video, T.V. and control circuits.

Experience in repair of kitchen appliances, small motors, and electronics.

Must possess high school diploma.

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand for long periods of time. Frequent pushing, pulling, bending and walking. Work area is both indoors and outdoors and subject to variable temperatures. May be subject to smoking environment, moderate noise and bright lights.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
