Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role.
• Extremely organized with good communication skills.
• Detailed oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks including painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool & spa (minor repairs).
• Troubleshoot and repair company machinery equipment or appliances.
• Walk the property to note items needing attention.
• Respond to guest room calls/maintenance calls promptly.
• Keep maintenance storage areas neat and clean.
• Participate in inventory control.
