Job summary

Purestar Group in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a commercial laundry operation. You will maintain production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment readiness for daily operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, technical training in electricity/mechanics/HVAC, and journeyman electrical experience; OSHA training is a plus. You will read schematics, work with PLC logic, and collaborate with engineers to optimize machinery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 2–3 years of formal technical training in electricity, mechanics or HVAC.
• Two years journeyman experience in installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, fixtures from blueprints, schematics, and sketches.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Lubricate and maintain machinery.
• Repair and troubleshoot processing machinery from boiler room to production floor.
• Ensure quality checks on final products and outgoing linen.
• Maintain inventory of parts and organize engineering shop.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA training.
• Read/write English and use Microsoft Office.
