Loews Hotels & Co. at Universal Orlando seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep guest spaces safe and functional. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks, and support multiple hotel outlets.

The role requires basic English, a strong mechanical background with 2-3 years’ experience, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Benefits include one free meal per shift and free theme park access.

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Basics English language communication skills.
• Basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing knowledge required.
• Strong mechanical background with minimal 2-3 years’ hands on experience in maintenance related activity.
• Valid Florida Driver License preferred.
• Ability to regularly push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preventative maintenance, daily repairs, and Meeting Room, Guest Room, Food & Beverage Outlets, Public Space and Back of house maintenance requests.
• Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions in electrical/mechanical/plumbing systems and basic carpentry/painting/flooring/ceiling work.
• Conducting ongoing room preventive maintenance program.
• Other duties as assigned.
