Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Engineer I for Sunseeker Resort Florida Gulf Coast, a Curio collection property in Southwest Florida. This entry-level technician supports daily maintenance operations, completes work orders, and assists with repairs across hotel facilities.

The role requires 1–2 years of resort experience (HVAC preferred) and strong communication skills. Second shift hours (3PM–11:30PM) are typical, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a resort setting preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders.
• Walk daily routes and perform repairs as needed.
• Use diagnostic tools (meters, gauges) and read blueprints/schematics as required.
• Communicate effectively in English with team and guests.
• Maintain equipment and facilities fixtures to ensure reliability.
