Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ experience in maintenance, electrical or mechanical field required.
• Knowledge of methods and techniques used in electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance.
• Possession of valid Oregon driver’s license; insured to operate hospital vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, tests, adjusts and repairs all physical plant machinery, heating, cooling, piping and electrical systems; records maintenance.
• Operates and maintains all physical plant machinery and equipment.
• Replaces, repairs and calibrates HVAC components; replaces filters.
• Constructs and repairs building structures, walls, floors, ceilings, cabinets and furniture.
• Tests and operates emergency generators; ensures readiness.
• Inspects, tests, cleans and may repair fire equipment, alarms, switches and sensors.
