Job summary

Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore is seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Engineer to efficiently operate and maintain central HVAC and building systems in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance, read blueprints and schematics, and execute repairs with safety and cost efficiency in mind.

This on-site, full-time role in Tampa requires strong communication, initiative, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Previous hotel maintenance experience with HVAC/electrical/plumbing knowledge.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical parts breakdown.
• Understand electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and safely operate central HVAC and building systems.
• Repair and maintain kitchen, laundry, ice machines, refrigeration, boilers and plumbing.
• Troubleshoot electrical/pneumatic problems and repair cost-effectively.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on an ongoing basis.
