The Courtyard Little Rock, operated by Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to uphold high reliability and safety for our hotel. You will maintain mechanical and electrical systems, manage preventive maintenance, and respond quickly to operational issues in a dynamic, guest‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance.
• HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills.
• Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
• Certification in pool operation preferred.
• Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Preventive maintenance background preferred.
• Read, write and understand English.
