Job summary

The Courtyard Little Rock, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety across our hotel’s mechanical and electrical systems.

You will manage preventive maintenance, perform repairs, and install upgrades while collaborating with a proactive team in a dynamic downtown environment that offers training, growth, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance.
• HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills.
• Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
• Certification in pool operation preferred.
• Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Preventive maintenance background preferred.
• Read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install hotel mechanical and electrical systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules to ensure safety and reliability.
• Troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize guest disruption.
