Job summary

The Marriott Colorado Springs, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to keep the property’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems running smoothly. You’ll work across departments, respond to work orders, and contribute to safety and guest satisfaction.

Weekend and holiday availability is required; prior hotel maintenance experience is preferred, with strong communication and attention to detail essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance role at a hotel, resort, or commercial facility is preferred.
• Broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance across building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing fixtures, doors, windows, and interior finishes.
• Follow preventive maintenance programs and document work orders.
